According to the Central Bank of Malta, there has been an 0.6% decrease in property prices over the last year, though different property types have been affected in different ways. Townhouses and villas increased by 4.9%, while terraced house average prices increased by 4.1%, and and maisonettes increased by 2.3%. At the other end of the spectrum, apartment prices decreased by 2.4%.
