Singapore, being a transparent and efficient jurisdiction where company registration is done online, it is easy for a business owner to set up a business in Singapore. The process of Singapore company registration with ACRA is easy and simple. An online filing system called BizFile+ is the electronic medium where one can carry out the entire process. Getting access to the system by using the SingPass can be challenging for a foreigner as SingPass is available only for local Singaporean. We represent business consultancy specialize in company incorporation in Singapore and services like accounting, bookkeeping, XBRL filing, payroll, GST, company secretary etc. We will be more than glad to assist you regarding the company set up in Singapore.

It seems that the service fees for incorporating a company vary significantly...some charge 700 SGD, others more than 3k. Wonder if it's possible to register directly with ACRA and save a lot on those costs?
