Financial ConsiderationsThe Netherlands has the world's fifth largest economy by nominal figures. According to the World Bank, the Netherlands had a GDP of US$800 billion in 2013, which works out at US$47,620 per capita. Dutch GDP grew by $30 billion between 2012 and 2013, though it shrank in the year before. Inflation is 2.5% in terms of the consumer price index (CPI) and 1.4% in terms of the GDP deflator.
