Healthcare The CIA World Factbook reveals that Russia has 4.309 physicians and 9.7 hospital beds per 1,000 people, and the average Russian citizen has a life expectancy of 69.85 years (64.04 for men & 76.02 for women). The OECD states that 3.2% of Russia's GDP is spent on public health, with a further 1.9% of GDP spent on private health.
