In a statement issued by Sharjah Police, they say motorists will now receive their driver's licence without having to visit the Sharjah Traffic and Licensing Department. Effective as of September 18, the new rules mean that once motorists pass their final road test, they have to log on to the Ministry of Interior's website www.moi.gov.ae to obtain their licence.
