Global real estate services company Colliers International has been named Best Overall Advisor and Consultant for Asia for the second year running in Euromoney's 2014 Real Estate Awards.

The awards are based on a survey of real estate advisors and consultants, developers, banks, investment managers, and corporate end-users. Euromoney asked respondents which firms they thought were the best providers of real estate products and services in their market over the past 12 months.

Colliers International won 30 awards across Asia, including Best Overall Advisor and Consultant for Asia, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Philippines, and Indonesia. The US-based company has 485 offices worldwide.

Dennis Yeo, Colliers International's Interim Chief Executive Officer in Asia, described the awards as "a major endorsement for our teams across the region." He added: "Being recognized by our clients and people in our business who we work closely with is especially gratifying."
