New Spanish Bank Aimed At Expats

Spanish bank Caixa has announced the launch of a new service aimed specifically at expats and international clients.

The new service is being marketed under the name HolaBank and will operate both online and via a network of 100 branches on the mainland and the Balearic and Canary Islands. The bank said staff will be trained to specialize in helping customers with international issues and will be able to offer services in several languages.

Juan Antonio Alcaraz, Chief Business Officer at CaixaBank, said: "HolaBank will allow CaixaBank to bolster its relationship with this group of clients, which have highly specific demands and require an innovative, comprehensive, and high-quality range of products and services."
